PyariPoshak Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At PyariPoshak, we strive to conduct our business according to Sunnah values—with honesty, fairness, and care for our customers. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

• You received the wrong product.

• You received a defective or damaged item.

• The product is different from what you ordered.

• You are not satisfied with your purchase.

If the Mistake Is Ours

If the issue is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item, a defective product, or any mistake from our side):

• We will arrange the return and replacement.

• PyariPoshak will bear all delivery and shipping charges.

• You will not be charged any additional fees.

If You Wish to Return the Product for Personal Reasons

If you would like to return the product because:

• You changed your mind.

• You no longer like the item.

• The size, color, or style does not meet your preference (unless we made an error).

Then:

• The customer is responsible for the return delivery charges.

• A 4% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This covers the transaction charges that we pay to the payment provider, which are non-refundable to us.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

• Return requests should be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund if it meets our return conditions.

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
